02 / A — The character’s story

The person who cuts a way through

What does loyalty look like when everyone needs an exit?

The story here runs through Marineford.

  1. Newkama Land

    Standing beside Ivankov.

Inazuma works alongside Ivankov within Impel Down’s hidden community, where survival depends on people helping one another outside the prison’s rules. Their partnership places Inazuma close to the desperate rescue attempt that begins when Luffy arrives.

  2. The escape

    Turning barriers into a route.

The Snip-Snip Fruit lets Inazuma cut solid material and handle it like paper, transforming obstacles into something that can be moved. During the escape, that power serves the fugitives’ need for a path forward, making ingenuity as important as striking an enemy.

  3. Marineford

    A bridge toward the scaffold.

At Marineford, Inazuma cuts a route that helps Luffy reach toward Ace’s execution platform. The action makes support tangible: someone else’s advance becomes possible because Inazuma reshapes what stands between them and their goal.
