Karasu commands the Revolutionary Army’s northern force, working within a movement spread across different seas. His reserved manner gives little away, but his work places him among the people Dragon relies on to bring separate struggles together.
Lulusia
Disarming the threat.
At Lulusia, Karasu fights alongside the other commanders while the townspeople rise against Peachbeard’s pirates. The crowlike forms of his power help interfere with the attackers, supporting the opening that lets the community resist.
The gathering
From a local battle to a common purpose.
The commanders’ journey carries them toward the Revolutionary Army’s preparations for the Reverie. Karasu’s part in the group connects the practical work of helping one town with a larger challenge to the rulers who shape the world around it.
