Monkey D. Dragon

Branded by the World Government as the 'World's Worst Criminal,' Monkey D. Dragon founded the Revolutionary Army following the tragedy of Ohara, vowing to dismantle the corrupt dominion of the Celestial Dragons. Operating from the hidden fortress island of Baltigo, he orchestrates rebellions across the four seas, liberating enslaved nations and spreading the spark of freedom.

The son of Marine hero Monkey D. Garp and the father of Monkey D. Luffy, Dragon moves like a sudden storm wherever the winds of fate blow. Rescuing Luffy from Captain Smoker's grasp in Loguetown with a miraculous gale, Dragon patiently prepares the world for the final clash against the Five Elders and the empty throne of Mariejois.
