Binder Pirates / 7 distinct characters
The Four Emperors
Four seats. Seven pirates across the eras.
An Emperor’s name changes what an island, an alliance or a pirate flag can mean. But the title belongs to an ever-shifting balance of power, not an unchanging cast of four. These two era rosters place the old giants beside the pirates who reshape that order, with Shanks bridging both: seven distinct figures, and very different ideas of what it means to rule the sea.
The Original Era
The legendary titans who ruled the New World prior to the Summit War.
The New Emperors
The reigning four emperors reshaping global power following the Raid on Onigashima.
